Construction Update

The last week has brought no blog updates from Dave and I because we've been on the lam trying to escape the incessant jackhammering outside of our apartment. If we thought it was loud last time, this was three times worse since they were using three hammer drills simultaneously on the walls of our apartment.

This means that we've had to take refuge just about anywhere in the last weeks to get away from the brain-rattling noise: Dave's parents' place, my parents' place, the local coffee shop that allows dogs, the park, my office in Boulder. The insides of the apartment show signs of how little we've been here during the day - breakfast dishes strewn everywhere, piles of unopened mail, stacks of paper for our unfinished taxes.
